Those nice guys at GW have put the new Warriors of Chaos PDF up. This now replaces the Hordes of Chaos army book.
There is some losses like the god specific banners and some of the ward save items, but some point reductions and the cost of running a nurgle army has reduced. I’ve not given it a good look over yet, so not sure what other implications there are.
